Ultrasound lubrication checker

Re-lubrication is critical to extend the life of bearings yet is often carried out based on experience. 

The TLGU 10 makes re-lubrication a more practical process by helping to deliver the correct amount of lubricant to a bearing at the right time. The device is simple to use, and relies on a robust, repeatable ultrasound sensor that is optimised for harsh conditions. The sensor monitors the ultrasound noise from lubricant inside bearing. Once connected to a grease gun, the TLGU 10 allows a technician to listen to this sound, via headphones during the re-lubrication process. The sound changes based on the amount of lubricant inside the bearing. In addition, a coloured display indicates noise levels for ease of use.
