Heavy duty rubber-energized polyurethane piston seal
DPV seals are inch sized, double-acting piston seals with a polyurethane slide ring and a rectangular nitrile rubber energizer. The wear-resistant slide ring has a sealing surface that has been designed to reduce friction and prevent gap extrusion. Notches in the edges of the slide ring enable the seal to be rapidly pressurised in response to changes in pressure and direction. Typically, these profiles may be installed without specialised equipment.
