A radial shaft seal, also known as a lip seal, rotary shaft seal, or oil seal, is a type of mechanical seal used to prevent the leakage of lubricants or other fluids in rotating machinery.
CRWA1 seals feature a metal case, an SKF WAVE lip constructed from elastomeric material designed for enhanced pumping efficiency to minimize heat generation, and a garter spring to optimize the sealing performance against the shaft. Additional dust lip helps to improve contamination exclusion.
